Charges/Costs for delivery

All carriage costs shall be automatically calculated by the website. We may occasionally need to contact you for an additional payment depending on the delivery area or the shape/size of the item.

Delivery Times

a) Sparetooparts dispatch our parts twice a week from our store, the standard estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days based on stock availabilty.

b) Sparetoolparts has over 5000 spare parts available at any one time, if your part is a non stock item you will be informed in your order confirmtion email, In these cases we must order the part from the manufacturer and our standard shipping times will not apply. Please see below for the estimated dispatch times for these non stock items:

Hitachi / Tanaka Stocked Items: 3-5 Working Days (Non-Stock Items Currently 6-12 Months Minimum due to Logistical issues)

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will be informed of this via email. Delivery times will vary based on your location and stock availability.

Inspection

It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to accepting delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
